Talking about the after service of the watch it was very poor they just provided me with the recommendation that you can fix it with the Glue quick glue a strong glue on get it laminated so it was just to excuse from their side when I asked him for the replacement they said that it's not for sure that the company will replace your watch they may repair it they may replace it or they may provide you means credit you your amount back to your account but for that you need to provide your watch to the company for 2 months and that was a too long period so this is a service given by Indian Fossil , the shop from where I purchased was the Helios Store at Jalandhar Punjab.

Conclusion Fossil needs to improve their build quality and services for the time being there service and build quality they both are same , POOR.
