Sorry I had the volume down when I did the fist voice search. But you can see it's working with 3G towards the end of the video.

When connected to the blue tooth, any notifications that come out as a pop up. Or phone call. Are displayed on the watch.

My sim is a T-Mobile mIcro sim. The same one that works for the phone works with the watch.
When using 3G you must enable data in the connections setting.
