Most of the smart watches available in the markets give 1 to 2 days of battery life. The Amazfit Pace gives up to 5 days of battery life, if you have not checked the Pace review do check it. The Amazfit Bip looks great and is pretty light weight so light that I often need to check if the Bip is still on my wrist.
Amazfit Bip comes with what looks like a square dial (not exactly a square though - can call it rectangular). It fits great and looks awesome. Now if you compare the looks of Amazfit Pace and Bip, most would love the Bip design.

Amazfit Blip performance
I have been using the Bip for quite some time, very comfortable to use, hardly feels like you are wearing anything on your wrist. Amazfit Bip battery life is amazing, the screen is always-on e-ink display. You can view the display under direct sunlight too.
Now this Amazfit Bip makes use of Mi Fit app. You need to pair this device with Mi Fit App - process is simple, check the video review. By default this watch starts with Chinese language, but since the Mi Fit app on your smartphone is English based so there is no issues.
Even with Chinese interface it is easy to understand thanks to extra large icons. The good part is that the latest update brings English language support on the Xiaomi Amazfit Bip. Check video review to see it in action.
Performance is very good, this smartwatch can track your fitness activities, step count is accurate gave consistent results. Use exercise mode for greater accuracy. This smartwatch can measure your heart rate through the day.
The backlight screen lights up when you twist your wrist or when you press the dedicated button. You can also setup when you want the backlit to work, keep it off during night when you will be wearing the watch to measure your sleep. The built in GPS keeps record of your track, you can also check that on the watch itself.
The latest update not only brings English update but the Mi App also comes with some new options like the extra watch faces that you can download from the app. The firmware updates are rolled out via the Mi Fit app.
Amazfit bip vs amazfit pace
The watch faces that you get on the watch are all 24 hours format, would have been great if there were 12 hours format too or option to set watch faces to 24/12 hours format. May be they might add this feature via firmware update in the future. Battery performance
When I opened the box the battery was at full 100% and since then I have not used the Charging dock. Just to give you an idea the Amazfit Bip was at 100% and now 75% since last charge that was 10 days ago.
So with the type of settings I have, call notifications off, app notifications off, this Amazfit Bip will last for up to 40 days without needing a charge. Verdict
Do note Amazfit Pace is little more advanced than the Amazfit Bip, but battery life is way better on the Bip. Rating 4.9 out of 5
