The LEMFO LEM4 PRO is a beautiful enhancement to the original large format LEM4 from November, 2017. They checked just about every box on this one, making it an outstanding improvement over the original, and a top contender for best Android smartwatch currently on the market. From extra RAM to four times the total storage, this watch rocks. Get ready for a solid implementation of Android 5.1, which is stable and fast, a boost in speed with a faster processor, and an almost unbelievable 1200 mAh battery for long life. If that weren’t enough, there are two surprises not mentioned in the product literature: This watch supports Bluetooth tethered calling (in addition to standalone operation with a SIM card), making it a true, dual-mode smartwatch. It also has a screen I simply can’t figure out. This thing is actually bright and readable in filtered sun (or in bright sunlight if you hold it in shade). The actual watch doesn’t look super bright, like would be needed to override the intensity of the sun, so it must be using some sort of reflective technology to enhance the outdoor brightness and contrast, but I can’t see how it is doing it! Bottom line, it just works as an outdoor Android smartwatch, and that's a huge accomplishment.

This watch is ready for prime time. The bands are removable as well (though they are 28mm wide, which is quite large). That means all antennas are inside the watch, and, as you’ll see in our video tests, they work great. In fact, this is one of the very few that can get a solid GPS lock indoors!
